DVI Podcast 056 – The Shakes

DVI Podcast 056 – The Shakes

My guests this week are members of the band The Shakes, from SE London. They have built a massive following through savvy marketing, and using the internet as the powerful tool that it is. They have already earned two #1 singles on Internet Music Charts with Liberty Jones, and their follow-up I Want A Better Life.

Ed and Tim from the band talk with Paulie about the music, what they do to promote it, as well as the production of their upcoming debut album.

Although live is the best way to experience the band, most of us don’t have that opportunity. Thankfully there are podcasts, like this one, on the internet.

Here’s a link to the show’s MP3 FILE

The Shakes can be found at www.theshakesmusic.com, or on their myspace page: www.myspace.com/theshakesmyspace
